1. 概述
旅費通（TravelBudget）是一款旅遊記帳應用程式。我們重視您的隱私，本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的資訊。
2. 資料儲存原則（離線優先）
旅費通採用離線優先設計。您的核心記帳資料均儲存在您的裝置本地，不會上傳至伺服器：
- 旅程、交易、旅伴、錢包等紀錄：僅儲存於裝置本地 SQLite 資料庫。
- 照片：儲存於裝置本地應用程式目錄。
- 使用者偏好設定：儲存於裝置本地 SharedPreferences。
部分雲端功能（AI 智慧記帳、點數與訂閱）會傳輸特定資料，詳見第 3、4 節。
3. AI 智慧功能與資料傳輸
當您主動使用 AI 功能（拍照記帳、文字記帳、語音記帳、文字翻譯、拍照翻譯、旅遊助手）時，相關資料會透過我們的伺服器（Google Cloud Functions）傳送至 Google Gemini 進行處理，並將結果回傳給您：
- 拍照記帳 / 拍照翻譯：您選取的收據或菜單照片。
- 文字記帳 / 文字翻譯 / 旅遊助手：您輸入的文字內容。
- 語音記帳：語音在您的裝置本地轉換為文字，僅上傳轉換後的文字；原始音訊不會離開您的裝置。
這些資料僅用於即時提供該次功能結果，處理完成後即予丟棄，不會長期儲存。若您不使用上述 AI 功能，則不會有任何此類資料被傳送。
4. 帳號、點數與訂閱資料
為提供點數與訂閱功能，旅費通使用 Firebase 服務：
- 匿名登入：以 Firebase 匿名驗證產生一組匿名識別碼（UID），不包含您的姓名、電子郵件或電話。
- 帳務資料（Firestore）：僅儲存與該匿名 UID 關聯的點數餘額、訂閱狀態、簽到與兌換紀錄，用於防止重複領取與同步配額。您的旅程、交易與照片不會存放於此。
5. 其他第三方服務
- 匯率 API：取得即時匯率時發送幣別查詢，不包含個人資訊。
- GPS 定位服務：僅在您主動使用時存取，用於記錄消費地點，資料僅儲存於本地。
- RevenueCat：處理應用程式內訂閱與購買，可能收集匿名的購買統計資料。
- Google AdMob：顯示廣告時，Google 可能收集裝置識別碼及廣告互動資料。於 iOS，我們會透過系統的「App 追蹤透明度（ATT）」詢問您的授權：若您同意，廣告可能採個人化並為此目的使用您的識別碼；若您拒絕，則僅顯示非個人化廣告。您可隨時於裝置設定中變更此授權。
6. 權限使用
- 相機與相簿：用於拍攝或選取交易相關照片、AI 拍照記帳與拍照翻譯。
- 麥克風：用於語音記帳（語音於本地轉文字）。
- 位置：用於自動記錄消費地點（可選功能）。
- 通知：用於記帳提醒與旅程通知（可在設定中關閉）。
7. 資料匯出與分享
您可透過應用程式內的匯出功能將資料匯出為 JSON 或 PDF。匯出的檔案由您自行管理，我們不會存取或儲存這些檔案。
8. 資料刪除
- 本機資料（旅程、交易、照片等）：刪除應用程式即會從您的裝置永久移除，無需另行請求。
- 雲端帳務資料（與匿名識別碼關聯的點數、訂閱、簽到紀錄）：由於採用匿名登入，這些資料不含您的姓名、電子郵件或電話，我們無法透過電子郵件將請求對應到特定使用者。因此資料刪除將透過應用程式內的刪除功能提供（由應用程式讀取您目前的匿名識別碼後刪除對應資料）。此功能即將於後續版本推出。
9. 兒童隱私
旅費通不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資訊。
10. 隱私政策變更
我們可能不定期更新本政策。重大變更時，我們會在應用程式內通知您。

1. Overview
TravelBudget is a travel expense tracking app. We value your privacy, and this policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Data Storage Principle (Offline-First)
TravelBudget uses an Offline-First design. Your core bookkeeping data is stored locally on your device and is NOT uploaded to any server:
- Trips, transactions, companions, and wallets: stored only in the local SQLite database on your device.
- Photos: stored in the app's local directory on your device.
- Preferences: stored locally via SharedPreferences.
Certain cloud features (AI smart bookkeeping, points, and subscriptions) transmit specific data; see Sections 3 and 4.
3. AI Features and Data Transmission
When you actively use an AI feature (photo bookkeeping, text bookkeeping, voice bookkeeping, text translation, photo translation, travel assistant), the relevant data is sent through our server (Google Cloud Functions) to Google Gemini for processing, and the result is returned to you:
- Photo bookkeeping / photo translation: the receipt or menu photo you select.
- Text bookkeeping / text translation / travel assistant: the text you enter.
- Voice bookkeeping: speech is converted to text locally on your device; only the resulting text is uploaded. The raw audio never leaves your device.
This data is used solely to provide that single feature result in real time, and is discarded after processing. It is not retained long-term. If you do not use these AI features, no such data is transmitted.
4. Account, Points, and Subscription Data
To provide points and subscription features, TravelBudget uses Firebase:
- Anonymous sign-in: Firebase Anonymous Authentication generates an anonymous identifier (UID) that does not include your name, email, or phone number.
- Account data (Firestore): only the point balance, subscription status, and check-in / redemption records associated with that anonymous UID are stored, to prevent duplicate claims and sync quotas. Your trips, transactions, and photos are not stored here.
5. Other Third-party Services
- Exchange Rate API: sends currency queries to fetch live rates; contains no personal information.
- GPS Location Services: accessed only when you actively use it, to record spending locations; data is stored locally only.
- RevenueCat: handles in-app subscriptions and purchases; may collect anonymous purchase statistics.
- Google AdMob: when showing ads, Google may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data. On iOS, we ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT): if you allow, ads may be personalized and your identifier may be used for that purpose; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this permission anytime in your device settings.
6. Permissions
- Camera & Photos: to capture or select transaction photos, AI photo bookkeeping, and photo translation.
- Microphone: for voice bookkeeping (speech is converted to text locally).
- Location: to automatically record spending locations (optional).
- Notifications: for bookkeeping reminders and trip notifications (can be turned off in settings).
7. Data Export & Sharing
You can export your data as JSON or PDF via the in-app export feature. Exported files are managed by you; we do not access or store them.
8. Data Deletion
- Local data (trips, transactions, photos, etc.): permanently removed from your device when you delete the app — no separate request needed.
- Cloud account data (points, subscription, and check-in records linked to an anonymous identifier): because we use anonymous sign-in, this data contains no name, email, or phone number, so we cannot match an email request to a specific user. Data deletion is therefore provided through an in-app delete feature (the app reads your current anonymous identifier and deletes the corresponding data). This feature is coming in a future update.
9. Children's Privacy
TravelBudget is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.

TravelBudgetは旅行家計簿アプリです。お客様のプライバシーを重視し、情報の収集・利用・保護の方法について説明します。
2. データ保存の原則（オフライン優先）
TravelBudgetはオフライン優先設計を採用しています。中核となる記帳データはすべてデバイス内に保存され、サーバーにはアップロードされません。
- 旅行・取引・同行者・ウォレットの記録：デバイス内のローカル SQLite データベースにのみ保存。
- 写真：デバイス内のアプリディレクトリに保存。
- 設定：デバイス内の SharedPreferences に保存。
一部のクラウド機能（AIスマート記帳、ポイント、サブスクリプション）では特定のデータを送信します。詳細は第3・4節をご覧ください。
3. AI機能とデータ送信
AI機能（写真記帳、テキスト記帳、音声記帳、テキスト翻訳、写真翻訳、旅行アシスタント）をお客様が自ら利用する際、関連データは当社のサーバー（Google Cloud Functions）を経由して Google Gemini に送信され、処理結果が返されます。
- 写真記帳／写真翻訳：お客様が選択したレシートまたはメニューの写真。
- テキスト記帳／テキスト翻訳／旅行アシスタント：お客様が入力したテキスト。
- 音声記帳：音声はデバイス内でテキストに変換され、変換後のテキストのみを送信します。音声データ自体はデバイスから出ません。
これらのデータはその機能の結果をリアルタイムで提供するためだけに使用され、処理完了後に破棄されます。長期保存は行いません。上記AI機能を利用しない場合、これらのデータは一切送信されません。
4. アカウント・ポイント・サブスクリプションのデータ
ポイントおよびサブスクリプション機能を提供するため、TravelBudgetはFirebaseを使用します。
- 匿名ログイン：Firebase匿名認証により匿名ID（UID）を生成します。氏名・メール・電話番号は含まれません。
- アカウントデータ（Firestore）：当該匿名UIDに紐づくポイント残高、サブスクリプション状態、チェックイン・交換履歴のみを保存し、重複受取の防止と残量の同期に使用します。旅行・取引・写真はここには保存されません。
5. その他のサードパーティサービス
- 為替レートAPI：リアルタイムレート取得時に通貨照会を送信します。個人情報は含まれません。
- GPS位置情報サービス：お客様が自ら利用する場合のみアクセスし、消費場所の記録に使用します。データはローカルにのみ保存されます。
- RevenueCat：アプリ内サブスクリプションと購入を処理し、匿名の購入統計を収集する場合があります。
- Google AdMob：広告表示時に、Googleがデバイス識別子や広告操作データを収集する場合があります。iOSでは、Appleの「Appトラッキングの透明性（ATT）」で許可をお伺いします。許可された場合、広告がパーソナライズされ、その目的で識別子が使用されることがあります。拒否された場合は非個人化広告のみを表示します。この許可は端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。
6. 権限の使用
- カメラ・写真：取引写真の撮影・選択、AI写真記帳、写真翻訳に使用。
- マイク：音声記帳に使用（音声はローカルでテキストに変換）。
- 位置情報：消費場所の自動記録に使用（任意機能）。
- 通知：記帳リマインダーや旅行通知に使用（設定でオフ可能）。
7. データのエクスポートと共有
アプリ内のエクスポート機能でデータをJSONまたはPDF形式で書き出せます。書き出したファイルはお客様が管理し、当社はアクセスも保存もしません。
8. データの削除
- 端末内データ（旅行・取引・写真など）：アプリを削除すると端末から完全に削除されます。別途の請求は不要です。
- クラウドのアカウントデータ（匿名IDに紐づくポイント・サブスク・チェックイン履歴）：匿名ログインを使用しているため、これらのデータには氏名・メール・電話番号が含まれず、メールでの請求を特定のユーザーに紐づけることができません。そのため、データ削除はアプリ内の削除機能（アプリが現在の匿名IDを読み取り、対応するデータを削除）で提供します。本機能は今後のバージョンで提供予定です。
9. 子どものプライバシー
TravelBudgetは13歳未満の子ども向けに設計されておらず、子どもの個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
10. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更時にはアプリ内でお知らせします。
