1. 服務說明
旅費通（TravelBudget）是一款旅遊記帳應用程式，提供倒扣式預算管理、多幣別記帳、分帳計算，以及 AI 智慧功能（拍照記帳、文字／語音記帳、文字翻譯、拍照翻譯、旅遊助手）。
2. 使用條件
使用本應用程式即表示您同意本服務條款。如不同意，請停止使用。
3. AI 功能與點數
- AI 功能採點數制。使用 AI 功能會消耗「AI 點數」。
- 點數可透過免費方式取得（每日簽到、觀看獎勵廣告、分享），或透過購買點數包／訂閱方案取得。
- 使用 AI 功能時，您的照片或文字會傳送至雲端服務（Google Gemini）進行即時處理，處理完即丟棄、不長期儲存。
4. 應用程式內購買與訂閱
- 點數包（消耗型）：一次性購買 AI 點數，使用後即消耗，不可退款。
- 訂閱方案（自動續訂）：提供 Basic／Pro／Business 等分級方案，給予每月 AI 點數配額或進階功能。
- 訂閱為自動續訂：除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，否則將自動續約並扣款。
- 可隨時於裝置的帳號設定（App Store／Google Play）中管理或取消訂閱；取消後於當期結束時生效。
- 價格與方案內容以購買當下 App 內與商店顯示為準。
- 購買與退款透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 處理，適用其條款。可使用「恢復購買」找回先前的非消耗性項目與訂閱狀態。
5. 帳號
本應用程式使用匿名登入（不需註冊個人帳號）。與點數、訂閱相關的帳務資料以匿名識別碼關聯儲存於雲端，用於同步配額與防止重複領取。
6. 資料責任
核心記帳資料儲存於裝置本地，刪除應用程式會永久刪除本地資料。我們不對資料遺失負責，請定期備份。詳細資料處理方式請參閱隱私權政策。
7. 免責聲明
匯率資訊、AI 辨識與翻譯結果僅供參考，可能有誤差，請自行核對。應用程式按「現狀」提供，不對使用產生的損失負責。

1. Service Description
TravelBudget is a travel expense tracking app offering countdown budgeting, multi-currency tracking, split-bill calculation, and AI features (photo logging, text / voice logging, text translation, photo translation, and a travel assistant).
2. Conditions of Use
By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
3. AI Features and Points
- AI features use a points system. Using an AI feature consumes "AI Points."
- Points can be obtained for free (daily check-ins, rewarded ads, sharing) or by purchasing point packs / subscriptions.
- When you use an AI feature, your photo or text is sent to a cloud service (Google Gemini) for real-time processing and is discarded afterward, not stored long-term.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Point packs (consumable): a one-time purchase of AI Points, consumed upon use, non-refundable.
- Subscriptions (auto-renewable): tiered plans (Basic / Pro / Business) granting a monthly AI Points quota or premium features.
- Subscriptions auto-renew: unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, they renew automatically and you will be charged.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device account settings (App Store / Google Play); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Prices and plan details are as shown in the app and store at the time of purchase.
- Purchases and refunds are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms. Use "Restore Purchase" to recover previous non-consumable items and subscription status.
5. Account
The app uses anonymous sign-in (no personal account registration required). Points and subscription records are stored in the cloud linked to an anonymous identifier, used to sync quotas and prevent duplicate claims.
6. Data Responsibility
Core bookkeeping data is stored locally on your device; deleting the app permanently deletes local data. We are not liable for data loss; please back up regularly. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Disclaimer
Exchange rates, AI recognition, and translation results are for reference only and may contain errors; please verify them yourself. The app is provided "as-is," and we are not liable for any losses incurred from its use.

1. サービス内容
TravelBudgetは、逆算式の予算管理、多通貨対応の家計簿、割り勘計算、およびAI機能（写真記帳、テキスト／音声記帳、テキスト翻訳、写真翻訳、旅行アシスタント）を提供する旅行用アプリです。
2. 利用条件
本アプリを利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、利用を中止してください。
3. AI機能とポイント
- AI機能はポイント制です。AI機能の利用時に「AIポイント」を消費します。
- ポイントは無料で取得（毎日のチェックイン・リワード広告・シェア）、またはポイントパック／サブスクの購入で取得できます。
- AI機能の利用時、お客様の写真またはテキストはクラウドサービス（Google Gemini）に送信されリアルタイム処理され、処理後に破棄されます。長期保存は行いません。
4. アプリ内課金とサブスクリプション
- ポイントパック（消耗型）：AIポイントの一回限りの購入。使用すると消費され、返金はできません。
- サブスクリプション（自動更新）：Basic／Pro／Business の段階プランで、毎月のAIポイント枠または上位機能を提供します。
- サブスクは自動更新されます。期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新され課金されます。
- デバイスのアカウント設定（App Store／Google Play）からいつでも管理・解約できます。解約は現在の期間終了時に有効となります。
- 価格およびプラン内容は、購入時にアプリおよびストアに表示されるものに準じます。
- 決済と返金は Apple App Store または Google Play Store を通じて各社の規約に従い行われます。「購入の復元」で以前の非消耗型項目およびサブスク状態を戻せます。
5. アカウント
本アプリは匿名ログインを使用します（個人アカウント登録は不要）。ポイント・サブスク関連のデータは匿名IDに紐づけてクラウドに保存され、枠の同期と重複受取の防止に使用されます。
6. データの責任
中核の記帳データはデバイス内に保存され、アプリを削除するとローカルデータは完全に消去されます。データの損失について当方は責任を負いかねますので、定期的にバックアップしてください。データの取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
7. 免責事項
